1 pkg. pound cake 2 eggs 1 cup canned pumpkin 1/3 cup water 2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice 1 tsp. baking soda 1 can cream cheese frosting
In a large bowl, combine cake mix, eggs, pumpkin, water, pie spice and baking soda. Beat on med. 3 minutes. Fill lined muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake at 350º for 18-22 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes. Remove from pans to wire rack; cool completely. Frost with cream cheese frosting.
