1 lb. ground beef
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 envelope taco seasoning
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup biscuit mix
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet, cook beef, onion and taco seasoning over med heat until no longer pink; drain; spread onto a 9in. greased pie plate. Sprinkle with cheese. In a large bowl combine biscuit mix, eggs and milk. Pour over cheese. Bake at 400 for 20-25 minutes.
