3 cups water 1 tbsp. butter 1/2 tsp. salt 3 cups uncooked tricolor couscous
In a large saucepan, combine water and butter and salt. Bring to a boil over med/hi heat. Add couscous, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and cover. Let stand 5 min. Fluff with fork before serving.
