3 c sugar
1 c oil
4 eggs, beaten
2/3 c. water
2 c. canned, cooked pumpkin
3 1/2 c. all purpose flour
1 t. baking powder
1 t. baking soda
1 t. salt
2 t. cinnamon
1 t. nutmeg
1/2 t. cloves
1 t. allspice
1 1/2 c. nuts, chopped (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Blend sugar, oil and egg until light and fluffy. Stir in pumpkin. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and spices with pumpkin mixture. Add water and nuts. Mix well. Pour into well greased loaf pans. Sprinkle a little bit of cinnamon on top. Bake at 325 for 60-70 minutes or until firm.
