6 pork loin chops (thin).
1 tbsp. vegetable oil.
1 large onion, sliced.
2 medium green peppers, chopped.
2 (8 oz.) cans of tomato sauce.
1 tbsp. brown sugar.
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce.
2 tsp. cider vinegar.
Hot cooked rice.
salt and pepper to taste.

In a skillet, brown pork chops on both sides in oil; drain. Place chops in a slow cooker. Add the onion and green pepper. In a bowl, combine the tomato sauce, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar and salt. Pour over the porkchops and green peppers. Cover and cook on low for 4 - 5 hours or until meat is tender. Serve over rice.
