3 c. flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
8 tbsp. butter, melted
2/3 c. dark chocolate chips
2/3 c. white chocolate chips
2 eggs, lightly beaten

Preheat over to 325. Grease a muffin pan.

Sift together the flour, baking powder, and cocoa. Add the brown sugar and the chocolate chips. Mix well. Add the melted butter, milk and eggs and mix well.

Fill the muffin tins about 3/4 full. Bake for 20 minutes. Allow to cool for 10 minutes in the pan before turning them out.
