1 10 oz. Boboli brand thin pizza crust
3/4 c. of tomato chutney (or make own - see below)
2 c. chopped chicken breasts (about 2 breasts)
2/3 c. diced plum tomatoes
3/4 c. (3 oz.) shredded extra-sharp white cheddar cheese
1/3 c. chopped green onions

Homemade Tomato Chutney: Combine 2 c. diced plum tomatoes, 3 T. brown sugar, 3 T. cider vinegar, 1/8 tsp. jamaican jerk seasoning, and 1 minced garlic clove in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and cook 20 minutes or until thickened.

1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
2. Place crust on a baking sheet. Bake for 3 minutes. Remove from oven and spread chutney over crust, leaving a 1/2 inch border.
3. Top chutney with chicken. Sprinkle diced tomato, cheese, and green onions evenly over chicken. Bake at 450 degrees for 9 minutes, or until cheese melts. Cut into 6 wedges.
