6 oz. thin spaghetti, broken
1/4 C. butter or margarine
1/2 C. all purpose flour
2 3/4 C. chicken broth
1 C. fat free 1/2 and 1/2
1/4 C. dry sherry
1 tsp. salt
pepper to taste
6 oz. can sliced mushrooms, drained (optional)
1/4 C. chopped green pepper (optional)
2 C. chopped, cooked chicken
1/2 C. shredded Parmesan cheese

Directions:

Cook spaghetti and drain. Melt butter in a saucepan, blend in flour to form a roux. Stir broth into the roux. Add half and half and stir. Cook, stirring continuously until mixture thickens and bubbles. Add sherry, salt, pepper, spaghetti, mushrooms, green pepper and chicken. Turn into a large baking dish. Sprinkle with Parmesan. Bake at 350 F. for about 30 min.
