2 C. spaghetti sauce
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 3/4 C. Ricotta cheese
1 1/2 C. shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 C. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 C. basil pesto sauce
12 manicotti shells, cook and rinsed in cold water

Preheat oven to 350 F. Spread 3/4 C. of the spaghetti sauce on the bottom of a 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Mix egg, cheeses and pesto sauce until well blended. Spoon cheese mixture into a large resealable plastic bag. Cut off one of the bottom corners of the bag and pipe the cheese mixture out into the pre-cooked manicotti shells. Be sure to fill both sides of the shell. Place the filled manicotti over the sauce in the dish. Pour the remaining 1 1/4 C. of spaghetti sauce over the manicotti. Cover with foil.

Bake for 40 min. or until heated through.
