8 oz. fresh mushrooms 1 c. mayo 2 packages of shredded Swiss cheese green onions, chopped Round loaf of sour dough bread
Saute onion and mushrooms. Stir cheese and mayo into saute pan with mushrooms. Hollow out the sour dough bread and pour into the bread bowl. Serve with Baguettes or crackers. I have made this and put in a serving bowl instead of a bread bowl.
