1 1/4 cups dried cherries
2 tbsp. water
2 12 oz. pkg. white chocolate morsels
6 2 oz. vanilla bark coating squares
1 1/4 cups chopped green pistachios

Directions:
Directions:
Microwave cherries and 2 tbsp water for 2 minutes. Drain.

Melt white chocolate morsels and bark coating in a heavy pan over low heat. Remove from heat.

Stir in cherries and pistachios.

Spread onto a wax paper lined 15 x 10" jelly roll pan.

Chill for one hour and break into pieces.

It wasn't often that Mom needed to call me to get a recipe! Mom and I made this together at my house one day along with several other things which we gave as Christmas gifts. It was a great hit!
