Strawberry Pizza Recipe

1 1/2 cups AP flour
1 cup (2 sticks) margarine
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup chopped pecans

1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 9 oz. container whipped topping
3/4 cup powdered sugar

1 3 oz. pkg. strawberry gelatin
1 cup water or strawberry juice
4 cups sliced strawberries
dash of salt
4 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 cup sugar

Prepare crust by mixing all crust ingredients and spreading in pizza pan. Bake at 400 for 15 minutes; cool.

Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar; fold in whipped topping and spread over cooled crust.

Mix gelatin, sugar, salt and 1/2 cup water or strawberry juice. Dissolve cornstarch and other 1/2 cup water or strawberry juice and stir into gelatin mixture. Cook until thickened. Add strawberries and cool.

Spread on top of cream cheese layer. Chill well.
