1 cup AP flour
1/2 cup nuts
1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 small packages instant chocolate pudding
1 stick butter or margarine
1 cup powdered sugar
1 9 oz. carton refrigerated whipped topping
3 1/2 cups milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour and butter until crumbly - press into a 9" x 12" dish. Place 1/4 cup nuts over dough and bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Let cool.

Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar together thoroughly. Stir in 1/2 carton refrigerated whipped topping and pour mixture over crust.

Mix instant pudding in 3 1/2 cups milk and pour on top of second mixture. Pour remainder of topping over chocolate pudding. Sprinkle with nuts.
