1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
1 can whole kernel corn, rinsed and drained
1 container fresh salsa
1/2 cup chopped purple onions (or more if desired)

Directions:
After you rinse and drain the beans and corn, combine with salsa and onions in a large bowl. Mix well.

Serve with tortilla chips.

This is one of my favorite summer appetizers. It is quick and easy and the dip itself is no fat! I use the no sodium added corn.

We have used Tortilla brand multigrain chips and the baked chips with this and it is delicious with either.
