6 oz. cream cheese
3 oz. blue cheese
2 T. butter, softened
3 T. heavy cream
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 T. minced onion or chives
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cream the cream cheese, blue cheese and butter together. Add heavy cream, eggs, chives and salt and pepper. Pour into a prepared 9 inch pieshell. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes or until puffed and golden.
