2 large baking potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/2 in. strips
1/2 tsp. sugar
3/4 tsp. salt
4 tsp. oil
1 tsp. paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat to 450 and coat baking sheet with nonstick oil. In large bowl toss potatoes with sugar and 1/4 tsp. salt. Add enough water to cover soak for 15 minutes. Drain and blot dry with paper towels. toss potatoes with oil and paprika. Place in a single layer on baking sheet. Bake about 25 minutes, then turn over using stiff spatula. Continue baking about 20 minutes. Sprinkle with rest of salt.
