1 lb. chicken breasts cut into 1in. pieces
1 envelope taco seasoning
1 small onion chopped
1 jar salsa, divided
2 cups mexican cheese
36 wonton wrappers
sour cream, chopped green onion

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle chicken with taco seasoning. In a large skillet, cook and stir chicken over med heat for 5 minutes. Put chicken in food processor; process until chopped. In bowl combine chicken, onion, 1/2 salsa, 1 cup cheese. Press wonton wrappers into mini muffin cups coated with spray. Bake 375 for 5 minutes. Spoon rounded tbsp. chicken into cups top with salsa and cheese. Bake 15 minutes or until heated through.
