1 Lb. ground chuck or ground turkey - brown
1 Large jar of Prego ( with mushrooms is good)
1 Large Onion chopped
1 Green pepper (optional) we don't like them
1 Box Large Shell or Manicotti Shells
2 8oz. Cream Cheese - soften
1 8oz Mozzarella Cheese grated
Sprinkled Parmesan Cheese on top
3 Eggs Beaten

Bake 350 for 30 to 40 Minutes in a oblong glass casserole. You could use a lasagna pan.
Fry Meat with onion & drain grease off, Add Prego sauce to meat and set aside. Boil Shells in large kettle with 1 tsp. salt & 1 tsp oil in water until tender. Drain and cool slightly. While shells are cooking mix cheese & eggs together and set aside.
Put 1/2 in bottom of casserole. Start filling Shells with the cheese mixture. Add about 1 Heaping T. with a spoon, or your fingers. Add the filled shells to the casserole. Layer the shells & sauce in the casserole with meat layer on the top. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top and if you have any mozzarella cheese you can put some of that on top too. Bake and enjoy. Serve with Garlic Bread and a salad.
