1 cup butter (2sticks)
2 cup white sugar
2 tsp vanilla
4 eggs
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
3 cup flour
2 cup sour cream
3/4 cup sugar & 2 T cinnamon (streusel)

Frosting
2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1 Tablespoon butter
1/4 cup milk less or more depending on consistency of frosting. Drizzle over coffee cake.

Combine first 7 ingredients and mix. Alternate flour and sour cream until all is mixed well. Pour 1/3 of batter in angel food cake pan that has been sprayed with Pam. Sprinkle 1/3 of streusel mix and so on until the layering is completed with the last layer of streusel is on top. Bake at 350 for 60 min

I have been making 10 -12 of these coffee cakes for the last 15 years for Christmas presents. Greg and I deliver them mid afternoon of Christmas eve and end up at his mom and dads for dinner and then sing in choir for two services at church.
