1 LB. Ground Sausage (cook & drain)
1 C. Sharp grated Cheddar Cheese
1-1/2 C. Milk
6 Slices Bread Toasted & Cubed
1 tsp. Dry Mustard ( in a can)
6 Eggs, Beaten Well
1-1/2 tsp Salt

Bake 350 for 45 Minutes in a glass oblong 9x13 greased casserole. Fry sausage, drain grease off.
Place bread cubes in the casserole dish. Put sausage over the bread. Blend eggs, cheese, mustard & milk together. Pour over meat. (COVER WITH SARAN WRAP) Put in refrigerator all night.
Take out in the morning and bake. All the work is done the night before.

I make this when I have company and I need to have an early breakfast. It is also great for Christmas morning. While you are unwrapping presents your breakfast is cooking.
