Ingredients:
2 egg whites, slightly beaten
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup sugar
2 tsp yeast dissolved in 1/4 cup warm water
1 tspsalt
1 cup luke warm water
4 cup unsifted white flour

Directions:
Directions:
Stir ingredients in order given. Refrigerate dough at last 12 hours. (dough may be kept in refrigerator several days.) Roll dough into your favorite shape on lightly floured counter or board. I knead and pinch off balls and place on cookie sheet and let rise for at least 2 hours. To assist in the rising process, I warm the oven for a few minutes, then turn it off and put the rolls in the warm oven. This dough also makes good coffee cake or cinnamon rolls
