2 tbsp. orange juice
2 tbsp. dijon mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 cup whole wheat cracker crumbs
1 tbsp. grated orange zest
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. and line a baking sheet w/ parchment paper. Combine orange juice, mustard, salt in shallow bowl. Combine cracker crumbs, orange zest, and pepper in shallow bowl. Dip chicken into oj mixture and then dredge in crumb mixture, firmly press crumbs to both sides. Place chicken on baking sheet, bake 15 min. Turn chicken and bake another 15-20min. until cooked through.
