2 or 3 racks baby back ribs
Grill Mates Pork Rub
1 or 2 bottles Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Coat both sides of ribs with pork rub. Cook over indirect heat at 250 one half hour per side for 2 hours. At 2 hour mark, coat both sides of ribs with BBQ sauce reserving some sauce for later. Keeping over indirect heat, cook one half hour for each side. Wrap rib racks in foil and coat again with sauce. Leave on 1 more hour.
