1 can cream of mushroom or celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 package dry onion soup mix ( Lipton)
1 soup can white wine
1 c. washed and soaked wild rice
3 whole chicken breasts or other pieces you prefer
8 oz. box or more sliced fresh mushrooms

Directions:
Directions:
Soak wild rice over night in water- then drain.
Mix soups, wine & wild rice. Let stand for several hours. Place in large casserole. Add the mushrooms. Place chicken pieces on top. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 1 hr. Remove cover and stir together. Bake another hour stiring a couple of more times.

Champlin Kids- I got this from Sally Swenson back in the 70's just after the twins, Lindsey & Matt were born. Sally's husband Dan, was Dean of the Catherdral in Faribault. They were great friends of ours with the Wafler's. In those days Charlie made great Margaritas. :)
