2 lbs beef stew 1/2 cupflour 1 med onion sliced 1 tsp granulated garlic 3 Tablespoonoil 1 1/2 cup water 3/4 cup ketchup 2 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce 1 Tablespoon brown sugar 2 tsp salt 2 tsp paprika 1/2 tsp mustard Dash of cayenne red pepper 8 oz noodles (follow pkg directions)
Coat beef in flour, heat oil and put beef, onion and garlic in until beef is brown; drain. Place meat in roaster and stir in rest of the ingredients. Cover and bake at 300º for 2.5 hours. Serve over hot noodles.
