2 chicken halves or chicken of choice( skin on)
yellow mustard
Dr. Pepper
wood chips (hickory or pecan)
Grill Mates Chicken Rub

Directions:
Directions:
Rub chicken heavily with mustard. Put in a sealed plastic container and pour Dr. Pepper over all chicken. Place in the refrigerator overnight and shake to mix periodically. Right before you are ready to cook, drain off liquid and sprinkle chicken seasoning over chicken on both sides. Cook over indirect heat at 250 for 3 to 4 hours turning occasionally. When chicken starts to pull away from skin, it is done.
