5 lbs baking potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/2 in cubes
2 cups sour cream
1 (8oz) pkg cream cheese
1/2 cup butter
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375. Lightly grease 2-quart baking dish. In a large Dutch oven, combine potatoes and water to cover; bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat, and simmer for 10 minutes, or until tender; drain well. In a large bowl, combine potatoes, sour cream, cream cheese, butter, garlic salt, and salt; beat at med speed with an electric mixer until smooth. Spoon potato mixture into prepared baking dish; bake for 45 minutes or until bubbly.
