3 eggs-lightly beaten 1 c. light corn syrup 1 c. sugar 2 tbsp. butter or margarine-melted 1 tsp. vanilla 1 1/2 c. pecans 1 unbaked 9" pastry shell
Preheat oven to 350º. In large bowl, stir together first 5 ingredients until well blended. Stir in nuts. Pour into pastry shell. Bake for 50-55 minutes or until knife inserted half way between center and edge comes out clean. Cool and enjoy.
