1 1/2 lb. of sausage
1 large onion
1 32oz. jar spaghetti sauce
1 c. water
1/2 stick butter
3 eggs beaten
16 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
8 oz. grated Parmesan cheese
16 oz. cottage cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Grease deep 11 x 13 inch casserole dish. Brown sausage and onion in large saucepan. Drain. Add spaghetti sauce and water. Simmer until thick. Toss cooked spaghetti with butter, eggs, Parmesan, and half of the mozzarella until well mixed. Spoon spaghetti and cheese mixture into greased casserole dish and press down. Cover evenly with layer of cottage cheese. Spoon sauce on top. When smooth, poke holes with wooden spoon randomly over entire surface. Bake 20 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle remaining mozzarella cheese on top. Return to oven and bake 10-15 minutes longer or until golden and bubbly.
