1 pkg. lemon jello, 1 c. boiling water, 1 tsp salt, 1 T. onion, 1/2 c. chopped celery

1 c. miracle whip, 2 (3oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1/2 c. whipping cream, whipped

3 hard boiled eggs, chopped
2 cans medium shrimp, drained

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl add lemon jello and boiling water. Stir until jello has desolved. Let set a few minutes then add the cream cheese; I use an egg beater to mix this in and then the miracle whip & salt. Stir in the chopped celery, chopped hard boiled eggs, and shrimp. ( I also rinse the shrimp) then fold in the whipped cream. Put into a lightly greased 9X9 pan
