1 head red cabbage~ grated
Blue cheese~ crumbled

Directions:
Directions:
In a blender add 1 egg, 1/4 c. sugar, 1/4 c. cider vinegar, 1 tsp. dry mustard, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1 c. oil, 1 T. celery seed, little bit of grated onion. Blend.

Place on each salad plate red cabbage and crumbled blue cheese ( optional ) Spoon dressing on the salad.
