1 pkg. lemon jello
1/2 cup boiling water
one cucumber (ground with skin)
one medium onion (ground)
16 ounces Cottage Cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 T. vinegar
1/2 cup chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve jello, Let cool until it starts to thicken.

After grinding the cucumber and onion, drain well and add to jello mixture. Also add cottage cheese, mayonnaise, vinegar and nuts. Whip together with a fork until well mixed.

Can be put in a ring mold. Chill several hours.
