Ingredients:
6 Chicken breast halves
1 lb. mozzarella cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup milk
1 pkg. Lipton chicken flavored rice
Pepperidge Farm Herb Stuffing mix
1 tbsp. melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Cut chicken into bite-size pieces and layer in bottom of lightly greased casserole (9x13). Spread cheese over chicken. Cook rice according to pkg. directions ( approx. 10 minutes). Add soup and milk to rice. Spread rice mixture over cheese. Sprinkle a layer of stuffing mix over top, then drizzle with 2 tbps. of melted butter. Bake for 50 minutes. Cool before serving.

One way to speed up the cooking time is to pan cook the chicken before layering the ingredients. If you do it this way the casserole only has to bake until it is heated through!!
