1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
1 T. cinnamon
3 c. flour
2 T. baking powder
2 c. white sugar
2 c. pumpkin (1 can)
1 1/4 c. Wesson Oil
4 beaten eggs
(may add 1/2 c. chopped nuts)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine salt, soda, cinnamon, flour and baking powder. Blend together beaten eggs and sugar;
add pumpkin and oil. Add this to flour mixture. Blend until smooth. May be baked in greased 2 nine inch or 3 eight inch cake pans at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes; or, in a large tube or bundt pan for 1 hour at 350.
Frosting: 1 box of powdered sugar, 1 stick of softened butter, 1 8 oz. softened package of cream cheese, and 1 T. vanilla. Beat all together.
