2 C. yellow squash (cut up and boil till tender)
1 Small Onion (add to squash when boil)
1 C. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix
2 Eggs beaten
1 C. of shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/2 C. Milk
1 T. Butter
Salt & Pepper to taste
1/4 C. of cheese for top

Directions:
Directions:
Bake 350 for 30 Minutes in casserole dish.
Boil squash & onion till tender. Pour off extra water from pan. Mix stuffing mix,eggs, cheese, milk, butter,salt & pepper to squash together. Add to a greased casserole dish. Top with extra cheese.
