1 beaten egg
3/4 c. milk
2 Tbs. cooking oil
1 c. cornmeal
1 tsp. salt

Directions:

Mix honey, egg, milk, and oil thoroughly.

Stir in cornmeal and salt.

Cook on a hot greased skillet, turning often
