"As I ate the oysters with their strong taste of the sea and their faint metallic taste that the cold white wine washed away, leaving only the sea taste and the succulent texture, and as I drank their cold liquid from each shell and washed it down with the crisp taste of the wine, I lost the empty feeling and began to be happy, and to make plans."--Ernest Hemingway

water
milk

Directions:
Cook the dry rice with water in a rice cooker. (You can actually use whatever amount of rice you wish). Put cooked rice in pan on stove and pour milk over the rice until it covers the rice halfway up. Cook on medium/medium high heat until the rice thickens, stirring often so it doesn't burn. Add more milk for creamier texture. Serve in bowls with milk and cinnamon sugar.
