6 boneless chicken breasts
1/4 cup butter
3 oz. Parmesan cheese
1 lb. steamed broccoli
Cream Sauce
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup flour
4 cups milk

Directions:
Directions:
Saute chicken in butter until brown. Place broccoli in lightly greased Pyrex dish. Arrange chicken over broccoli. Cover with cream sauce and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 for 20 to 25 minutes.
Cream Sauce
Use same skillet to make sauce and reserve drippings from chicken. Melt butter. Add flour and stir until smooth. Gradually add milk and stir until thickened. When thickened stir in sour cream. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

I will usually add more Parmesan cheese to the top. You can also add some to the cream sauce when you are making it.
