Bottom Layer:
2 c. pretzels-broken into small pieces
2 T. sugar
c. melted margarine

1 c. sugar
6 oz. strawberry Jello
8 oz. cream cheese
2 c. hot water
9 oz. Cool Whip
2 pkg. frozen strawberries

Combine Bottom Layer ingredients. Pat into the bottom of a 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes. Blend cream cheese, sugar, and Cool Whip. Spread over cooled crust. Combine jello and hot water; add strawberries. Pour over cream cheese mixture. Refrigerate.
