4-6 Chicken Breast
1/2 cup toasted Almonds
1 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream (2 pints)
2 tbsp orange marmalade
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Pan cook chicken. Take chicken out of pan when it is almost finished. Use the pan to make the sauce. Add whipping cream, marmalade, mustard and cayenne pepper. Boil 1 minute. Add chicken to the pan of sauce to finish cooking. Sauce will thicken. If you would like more orange flavor add more marmalade...I do!
Add toasted almonds to the top when plated. It is very good served over rice.
