1/2 cup oil
1 cup sugar
2 eggs, beaten
2 cups plain flour
3 ripe bananas
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and pour into a loaf pan. Bake at 300 for 1 hour. Best if left overnight for flavors to blens.
