2 (10oz) pkgs frozen broccoli
1/2 onion, chopped
5 tbsp all purpose flour
3 cups chicken broth
4 tbsp butter
half-n-half cream
salt to taste
pepper to taste
dash paprika
croutons

Directions:
Directions:
Cook broccoli in chicken broth with onion until soft. Place in blender and blend quickly. Leave some small pieces of broccoli. Melt butter and stir in flour. Cook at least 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Slowly add broccoli and broth to flour mixture. Stir constantly until thickened. Thin with half-n-half to desired consistency. Add seasonings to taste. Garnish with paprika and croutons.
