1 lb pecan halves 1 tsp water 1/4 tsp salt 1 egg white 3/4 cup sugar 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Beat egg white until frothy, not stiff. Add the pecans and mix well. Combine sugar, salt, and cinnamon in a large bowl. Place pecans in the bowl and mix until well coated. Spread pecans on a large cookie sheet. Bake 1 hour at 225º, turning pecans every 15 minutes.
