1 lb extra sharp cheese
1 stick margarine
1 stick butter
2 cups plain flour
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 cup chopped nuts
1 tbsp red pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Grate cheese real fine. Soften margarine and butter and mix together with hands. Mix flour, salt, and sugar, then add to cheese mixture. Mix again with hands. Add nuts and mix again. Pinch into small dime sized pieces and put on ungreased cookie sheet. Press flat with a fork and bake at 275 until crisp.
