4 Naval Oranges
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1 tsp fresh squeezed lemon juice
Pinch of cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Orange zest with a peeler remove 2 x 1 piece of zest from one of the oranges.
Be careful not to peel off the white pith.
Cut into strips and set aside or cut about off the top and bottom of each piece of fruit.

Remove the peel and pith from each piece of fruit by standing if on its end and cutting down along the curve of fruit. Slice the fruit thick round and arrange on a platter.

In a small bowl combine maple syrup, lemon juice, and cinnamon.

Pour dressing over the fruit, garish with orange zest and serve.
