1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
8 ounces cooked lasagna noodles
2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained
1 cup Parmesan cheese
24 ounces cottage cheese
2 eggs
1/4 cup soft margarine
Salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cottage cheese, seasonings, eggs, and margarine.

Grease 9 x 13 pan. Place layer of noodles, cottage cheese mixture, layer of Monterey jack, spinach and Parmesan. Repeat one more time.

Bake at 350 for 45 - 50 minutes.
