1/4 c. butter or margarine 1/8 tsp. pepper 6 chicken breasts 2 c. Rice Krispies or Corn Flakes cereal, crushed
Melt butter. Add pepper. Dip chicken in butter mixture, then in cereal crumbs to coat. Arrange in a shallow baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, or until chicken is no longer pink in the middle.
