2 cups (or more) cooked chicken
5 pieces celery, chopped
16 ounce pkg. Uncle Ben's Rice (wild and long grain)
1 1/2 cans mushroom soup
1 can bean sprouts
1 can water chestnuts (sliced)
1 - 6 ounce pkg. frozen pea pods
1 - 4 ounce can mushrooms

Directions:
Directions:
Partially cook chopped celery.

Cook Uncle Ben's Rice according to directions. Combine with chicken and remaining ingredients.

Bake 45-50 minutes at 350.
