1/2 C. lite teriyaki sauce
1/4 C. frozen orange juice concentrate; thawed
3 Tbsp. sesame oil
4 garlic cloves; minced
1 pkg. chicken thighs
1 pkg. chicken legs (or any other type of chicken)
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together 1st 4 ingredients; reserve half of the mixture. Sprinkle salt and pepper even over the chicken. Place chicken in a large freezer bag and pour 1/2 of the teriyaki marinade over it. Seal bag and chill 8 hours turning chicken if desired.

Remove chicken from marinade; discard used marinade. Place chicken, skin side up on an aluminum foil lined jelly roll pan. Bake at 450 F. for 45 min. or until a meat thermometer registers 180. Brush with reserved teriyaki mixture.
