1 large pot roast
salt & pepper
2 to 3 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet browning liquid
4 to 5 potatoes, cubed
1 onion, sliced
3 to 4 carrots, cut into large pieces

Directions:
Directions:
Place roast in a large roasting pan and season with salt and pepper. Mix soup and browning liquid and pour in roasting pan. Add potatoes, onions and carrots. Cover and cook at 300 degrees for 3 to 5 hours.
